Thank you for participating in our application contest. We recently received questions regarding the use of the API. As a response we've provided sample coding for multiple platforms at http://developer.dol.gov/.
We are also in the process of compiling Frequently Asked Questions which will be posted on the discussion board as a reference. Keep in mind that this is a competitive contest and we can only respond to questions that do not give an advantage to any one person.
